Who Qualifies?

To be considered:

• businesses must be for-profit

• business most be a brick and mortar

• business location must be within the boundaries of the 14th House District (view map here)

• business must provide evidence of being in good standing with the State of Illinois

• business must submit a valid city of Chicago business license

• business must provide other general information by completing the Door Entry Control application form.
